自动控制真三轴仪的研制及验证

Design and verification of automatic true triaxial apparatus

  • 摘要: 真三轴仪在土工理论研究与实际应用上有着广泛的应用。在研究黏土的长期力学特性时,需要进行长时间的固结排水试验,这就要求实现试验过程的全自动控制,以提高试验可靠性,并减轻操作人员的劳动负担。本文介绍全自动真三轴仪的系统组成和加压方法,自动控制系统和测量系统,以及控制程序。然后给出试验方法。最后用橡胶块试验和重塑土试验来验证设备的准确性和适用性。

     

    Abstract: True triaxial apparatus (TTA) is widely used in theoretical research and engineering application. When dealing with long-term mechanical properties of clay, engineers should conduct time-cost consolidated drained tests. In this situation, automatic apparatus is necessary to improve the reliability of the tests and reduce the burden of the operator. The components of the TTA, the loading devices, the automatic control system, the measurement system and the control program are introduced. The test procedure is given. Finally, the tests on elastic dummy blocks and remolded clay to verify the apparatus are described.
