型钢水泥土组合梁抗弯性能试验研究

Experimental study on flexural behavior of shaped steel reinforced cement-soil composite beams

  • 摘要: 结合《型钢水泥土搅拌墙技术规程》的编制,对8根型钢水泥土组合试验梁进行了抗弯试验。在型钢截面尺寸保持不变的情况下,试验梁采用了200 mm和100 mm两种梁宽,每种梁宽又分别考虑了是否涂刷减磨剂两种情况,并分别采用单点加载和双点加载对试验梁进行了加载。根据试验结果,对型钢水泥土试验梁的截面含钢率、加载方式及是否涂刷减摩剂等对组合梁抗弯工作性能、型钢与水泥土之间相互作用进行了对比分析,研究了型钢水泥土组合梁破坏模式及型钢和水泥土对组合梁的组合刚度贡献。试验结果表明不同的含钢率、加载方式及涂刷减摩剂与否均对组合梁的组合刚度及破坏性状有着重要影响。最后,对组合梁的组合刚度设计值的取用提出建议。

     

    Abstract: For the preparation of Technical Code for Soil Mixed Wall, 8 shaped steel reinforced cement-soil test beams are selected and flexural tests are conducted. The test beams have two kinds of width, namely 200 mm and 100 mm. Friction-reducing agent is introduced into 4 test beams of the total 8 test beams. Two types of loading strategies are adopted. By performing the tests, the effects of the ratio of cross section area of the shaped steel to that of cement-soil, loading strategy and friction-reducing agent on the interaction of the shaped steel and cement-soil and the flexural behaviors of the test beams are investigated. Then the failure patterns and the contribution of shaped steel and cement-soil to the assembled stiffness of composite beams are studied. The test results show that the ratio of cross section area of shaped steel to that of cement-soil, loading strategy and friction reducing agent have significant effects on the assembled stiffness and failure patterns of composite beams. Finally, the recommendations on the consideration of assembled stiffness of composite beams in design are proposed.
