杭州庆春路过江隧道基坑围护体系设计分析

Design and analysis of retaining system of foundation pit of Qingchun Road River-Crossing Tunnel in Hangzhou

  • 摘要: 杭州庆春路过江隧道是“钱江第一隧”,其基坑是典型的粉性土基坑,基坑规模大,目前为杭州最深的基坑。江北基坑施工中,主要采用了SMW工法加钢支撑及放坡开挖的围护结构体系,桩长最长达27 m;江南最大开挖深度30 m,主线段采用了放坡开挖+地连墙、放坡开挖+SMW工法、放坡开挖+地基加固、全放坡开挖+坡面锚喷网防护的围护体系。基坑开挖首次遇到高承压水的影响,管井辅以轻型井点的降水方法结合止水帷幕成功克服了高承压水的影响。通过对围护结构的水平位移、钢支撑轴力、地表沉降、地下水位的监测分析,得到了一些有益的参量变化规律,可以为SMW工法在今后深基坑围护结构设计、施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The Qingchun Road River-Crossing Tunnel in Hangzhou is the first tunnel that crosses beneath the famous Qiantang River. The pits at both the north and south sides are typically silt-based ones. The scale of the pits is very large and is the deepest pit in Hangzhou. In the pit at the north side, the retaining structures of SMW method plus steel support are mainly applied, among which the longest piles are up to 27 m. In the pit at the south side, the maximum excavation depth is 30 m, and the retaining structures of open cut plus underground diaphragm wall, open cut plus SMW method and steel support, open cut plus foundation reinforcement and open cut plus anchors-gunite-web shoring are used. It is the first time for the excavation to encounter the impact of high-pressure water in Hangzhou. The precipitation of tube wells supported by light wells and waterproof curtain walls successfully resolves the potential hazards posed by high-pressure water. According to the analysis of monitoring data of horizontal displacements, axial forces, surface settlements and water levels, some useful variations of the parameters are obtained, and they can be used as references for the design and construction of similar projects.
