隧道施工工序对地层变形的影响研究

Stratum deformation caused by different tunnel excavation steps

  • 摘要: 基于随机介质理论,考虑隧道施工过程中周边地层变形的时间–空间发展过程,研究了隧道不同位置多工作面同时施工条件下地层变形的计算方法,推导了相应的计算公式,进一步讨论了隧道对向施工、背向施工、纵向施工分部前后间距等施工因素影响下隧道周边地层变形的变化规律。在双向对向施工条件下,地表上方出现的正曲率和拉伸变形比单向施工时约大一倍,对地表建筑设施不利,隧道施工中应避免在有重要建筑设施地段交会贯通;隧道不同开挖分部纵向间距应大于一倍的开挖影响半径。研究成果为隧道施工中采取工程措施控制地层变形,保护隧道周边建筑管线设施的安全提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on the stochastic medium theory,the method of stratum deformation calculating considering time-space effect was studied.Multiple working face could be taken into account in tunnel construction at the same time.Then the time-space rules of the stratum deformation caused by different excavation steps,such as face excavation,back excavation and longitudinal excavation,were discussed.Under the face excavation,the positive curvature and tensile deformation on ground surface were about twice those under the single excavation,and it was harmful to the architecture on the ground surface around the tunnel.The longitudinal distance of different excavation steps should be larger than the influence radius of excavation.The obtained results achievement could provide scientific basis for controlling the stratum deformation caused by tunnel construction and protecting the safety of the buildings and pipelines around the tunnel.
