天津滨海新区超长钻孔灌注桩原位试验研究

In-situ tests on extra long cast-in-place piles in Tianjin Binhai New Area

  • 摘要: 在天津滨海新区地区采用自平衡测试技术对90 m超长钻孔灌注桩进行原位测试。测试发现桩身轴力分布与荷载箱位置有关,桩在总体位移较小的情况下失去承载能力。桩侧摩阻力发挥所需位移较小且有突变性,桩端阻力则基本不能得到发挥,超长桩在承载力设计时应谨慎考虑桩端阻力。

     

    Abstract: The in-situ tests on extra long cast-in-place pile were conductyed by self-balanced loading tests in the area of contiguity to the sea in Tianjin.The length of the piles was above 90 m.The distribution of axial force of piles was related to the position of loading boxes in the tests.The bearing capacity of piles was lost under the condition of small total displacement.The lateral friction of piles developed with small displacement mutably.At the same time,the tip resistance could not develop.So the tip resistance should be cautiously considered when the bearing capacity of extra long piles was designed.
