混凝土芯砂石桩复合地基现场试验研究

Field tests on composite foundation with concrete-cored sand-gravel piles

  • 摘要: 从控制工后沉降和差异工后沉降思想出发,介绍了混凝土芯砂石桩复合地基加固深厚软基新技术。混凝土芯砂石桩复合地基采用按沉降或工后沉降控制设计思路,以土工格栅加筋碎石垫层作为基底垫层,芯桩砂石壳作为竖向排水体,预制钢筋混凝土芯桩作为竖向增强体,堆载作为加压系统。该技术充分利用了芯桩砂石壳的排水作用,使桩间软土的固结和沉降在施工和预压期间大部分完成,以解决路堤等建筑物在使用期间的沉降和不均匀沉降问题,达到控制工后沉降和差异工后沉降及充分发挥桩间软土承载力的目的。文中对路堤荷载下的芯桩顶应力和桩间土应力、桩顶和桩间土的沉降和差异沉降、分层沉降、侧向位移、超静孔隙水压力和桩身钢筋应力进行了较全面的现场观测,结果表明:混凝土芯砂石桩复合地基法工后沉降和差异工后沉降小,沉降稳定快,能适应快速加荷和质量可靠,特别适合于高含水率、高有机质含量地区对工后沉降和工后沉降差有严格要求的深厚软基处理,同时论证了该工法的有效性和优越性,具有较大的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Based on the idea of controlling post-construction and differential settlements,a new type of composite foundation,composite foundation with named concrete-cored sand-gravel piles for thick and soft ground,was introduced.The new composite foundation was composed of the concrete-cored sand-gravel piles,the soil between piles and the cushion.The outstanding advantage of the new technology was that the sand-gravel shell was employed as the vertical employed drainage to speed up the consolidation of soil between piles during the construction and preloading periods to reduce the post-construction settlement.A series of field test results including the pile-soil stress ratio,the settlement and differential settlement of piles and soil,the settlement in each loyer,the lateral displacement,the excess pore water pressure and the stress in piles were introduced.It is concluded that the technology of the new style composite foundation had many advantages,that is,small and differential post-construction settlements,reliable quality and high bearing capacity,especially for soft soil with high content of water and organic matter.
