真空预压排水固结软土强度增长规律性研究

  • 摘要: 软土抗剪强度增长规律性研究对真空预压法的推广应用具有重要意义。工程试验现场加固前、加固中及加固后分别进行了十字板剪切试验,试验结果表明:真空预压前期软土强度迅速增长,真空预压后期强度增长缓慢。分析了真空预压排水固结强度增长机理,运用有效固结应力法强度增长计算公式结合工程土体相关参数对真空预压排水固结强度增长规律性进行了验证,理论计算真空预压软土强度增长规律性符合现场实测强度增长规律性。运用有限元模拟了试验工程真空预压全过程,有限元模拟结果推算的真空预压软土强度增长规律性亦表现出真空预压前期软土强度增长速度远远快于真空预压后期,真空预压排水固结软土强度不是均匀增长而是非线性增长,且真空预压软土强度不能无限增长,随着真空预压时间的增加软土强度增长逐渐趋于极值。真空预压软土强度增长的这些特点在真空预压及真空–堆载联合预压工程设计及施工中应引起重视,避免工程事故及不必要的浪费。

     

    Abstract: The study on development of the shear strength of soft clay is very significant for the use of vacuum preloading method. The vane shear tests are carried out before, during and after the vacuum preloading. It is shown that the shear strength increases rapidly in the early stage of the vacuum preloading, but slowly in the late stage. The growth mechanism of the shear strength under the vacuum preloading is analyzed. The law of the shear strength growth under the vacuum preloading is verified by using the shear strength calculation equation based on the effective consolidation stress method and parameters of soft clay. The process is simulated by use of FEM, showing that the shear strength of soft clay in the early stage under the vacuum preloading increases faster than that in the late stage, and that the shear strength of soft clay increases not linearly but non- linearly, and that the shear strength of soft clay increases unlimitedly. The characteristics of the shear strength growth under the vacuum preloading should be paid attention to sufficiently in the engineering design and construction using the vacuum preloading method or vacuum-combined surcharge preloading method.
