三维锚索与巷帮卸压组合支护技术原理及工程实践

Mechanics and practice of combined supporting technology of 3D anchor-cable and unloading technology of wall of roadway

  • 摘要: 煤巷锚杆支护技术在顶板较完整的简单条件下应用很成功,普通锚索的作用主要表现为将下部锚杆支护形成的锚固承载结构整体悬吊于深部围岩中,起强化支护作用,对于顶板中存在稳定岩层的煤巷,它的作用非常明显;但当巷道顶部岩层为厚及特厚松软煤层时,还未见成熟的锚杆锚索支护技术。本文首次将三维锚索应用于煤矿煤层巷道的支护中,并从力学的角度,重点论述了三维锚索的支护原理;再辅助于巷帮卸压技术,三维锚索支护技术能解决松软厚煤层、特厚煤层沿底施工一次采全厚巷道支护的难题。在实践应用中,这项技术产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益,在类似巷道极具推广价值。

     

    Abstract: The technology of bolt supporting under the condition of tight roof has been successfully used. However, until now the supporting technology of roadway has not been reported when the roadway must be driven along the bottom in the loose thick coal seam. The authors firstly use 3D anchor-cable into this filed. This paper,from the point of view of mechanics, gives an emphasis on the supporting mechanism of 3D anchor-cable, and this kind of experiment has been carried out. Aimed at the unloading technology of the wall of roadway, the supporting problem mentioned above can be solved accordingly. In the application, this technology has produced enormous economic and social effect, so it is of great value to be applied to the similar condition.
