粉土固化稳定机理研究

Mechanism of silt stabilization

  • 摘要: 将稳定土体系中固化剂所起的作用界定为复合胶凝和填充增强两大效应,而复合胶凝效应又进一步归结为水化、激发和离子交换三种作用。提出了基准土强度指数、固化剂的复合胶凝效应、填充增强效应和效应百分比的计算和试验方法,对比了不同掺量粉土固化剂的两种效应的大小及变化规律。研究表明,固化剂固化粉土同时存在填充增强效应和复合胶凝效应,并随龄期的增长均呈现不断增强的趋势,但是增长的快慢和大小有所区别。试验证实了稳定土体系中水化作用、激发作用和离子交换作用均不同程度地存在。最终提出了粉土固化稳定机理的物理模型。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the quantitative contribution of various functions of stabilizer, the author divides them into two parts, i.e. the composite binding effect (Eb) and the filling effect (Ef). The composite binding effect includes three actions, i.e. the hydrating action (Ah), the exciting action (Ae) and the ion exchanging action (Ai). The methods to calculate the two parameters (Eb and Ef ) and the strength index are proposed. The test results indicate that the Eb and Ef exist at the same time. The two effects rise continuously with the age, but the speed and the amount of their rise are different. The three actions (Ah,Ae,Ai) are studied. The test results indicate that the three actions exist before the silt and the stabilizers are mixed. Finally, a physical model to explain silt stabilizing is built.
