混凝土面板堆石坝软岩坝料填筑技术研究

Study on the technique of soft-rock placement for CFRD

  • 摘要: 混凝土面板堆石坝在土石坝中发展非常迅速,软岩筑坝又是混凝土面板堆石坝的新课题。软岩分布占地球表面岩石50%以上,故研究软岩筑坝技术有广阔前景和巨大的经济效益。以重庆的鱼跳、江西的大坳、云南的茄子山3个混凝土面板堆石坝为依托工程,针对软岩筑坝中普遍关心的填筑质量、压实密度及细化板结等问题进行了现场试验研究,通过分析和总结从中找出了软岩筑坝中填筑的规律性,提出了改善坝体填筑质量的工程措施等,供类似工程参考。

     

    Abstract: Concrete-faced rockfilll dams have been rapidly developed. Dam construction using soft-rock is a new problem of CFRD. Soft-rock covers over 50% of earth-surface rock, so the research on the technique of soft-rock placement has extensive prospect and great economic benefit. Based on the practices of three real projects——Yutiao, Da’ao and Qiezishan, the paper introduces their field compaction experimentation, the comprehensive analysis of the results, and the measures to improve the placement quality and to reduce the crusting of cracked soft-rocks. All of the experiences obtained from the research may be of greatly beneficial reference for the similar projects since then.
