  • 摘要: 介绍了适用于软土地基的一种新型复合桩———砼芯水泥土搅拌桩的设计和施工工艺 ,并在上海、江阴两地试桩和实际工程应用的基础上 ,分析了该桩竖向承载力的发挥机理、破坏模式和极限承载力。研究表明 :砼芯水泥土搅拌桩施工方便、单桩承载力高、沉降量小、造价低廉 ,且施工对周围环境影响小 ,在软土地基工程中具有广泛的应用价值

     

    Abstract: A new kind of composite pile, named concrete cored DCM pile is used in soft ground engineering. This paper describes its design and construction technology, and analyzes its load transfer mechanism, failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity based on the static load test in Shanghai and Jiangyin cities.It is proved that concrete cored DCM pile has many advantages such as simple construction method, little environmental disturbance, high bearing capacity,small settlement,low costs,and extensive adaptability in soft ground engineering. This research is also valuable as a reference to the design of other kinds of composite piles.
