水泥粉喷桩桩体水泥黑土力学性质试验研究

Experimental study on mechanical property of cement-stabilized dark soil in DJM pile

  • 摘要: 根据原状黑土、不同水泥掺入比和养护龄期人工配制的水泥黑土试块、水泥粉喷桩桩体钻芯试件的物理力学性质测试数据以及水泥黑土X射线衍射 (XRD)和扫描电镜 (SEM)测试结果 ,分析了水泥粉喷桩桩体水泥黑土无侧限抗压强度和模量随水泥掺入比及养护龄期的变化规律、水泥黑土强度形成机理以及室内外水泥黑土无侧限抗压强度相关关系 ,提出了水泥粉喷桩桩体水泥黑土的水泥掺入比建议值

     

    Abstract: Based on test results including physical and mechanical properties, analyses of X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope for dark soil,cement stabilized dark soil and their in situ core sample,this paper analyzes not only the variation of the unconfined compression strength and modulus with cement mixing ratio and curing time, but also the relation between strength obtained by laboratory and in situ tests. Besides, the evolution mechanism of strength for cement stabilized dark soil is described in this paper. Finally, suggestion of cement mixing ratio for cement stabilized dark soil in DJM pile is proposed.
