基坑支护桩结构优化设计

The optimal design of soldier pile system in deep excavation

  • 摘要: 采用弯曲剪切扭转有限元模式计算圈梁 ,采用杆系有限元增量法分析支护桩。通过变形协调条件求解二者的相互作用 ,以各工况开挖深度、各支撑施工位置和圈梁截面为优化变量 ,以支护桩变形曲线面积建立优化目标 ,研究了多支点支护结构中圈梁和施工工艺的优化准则 ,并通过复合形法求解 ,形成了比较完整的支护桩结构优化设计体系。

     

    Abstract: Timoshenko beam elements and linear torsional elements are adopted for the ring beam,nonlinear FEM based on Winkler model is used for the soldier pile,then the effect of ring beam is analyzed under the continuous deformation condition. The optimal design parameters are the position of struts, the depth of every excavation step as well as the size of ring beam, which are solved by the complex method based on the minimum pile deformation and optimization strategy presented in the paper.An integrate optimal system is formulated in this paper.
