提高超高层建筑大直径灌注桩承载力的试验和研究

The study and test to enhance bearing capacity of the large diameter pile under the highrise building

  • 摘要: 以某超高层建筑工程残次桩为例,研究了不同水泥掺和条件下水泥土桩土界面的抗剪强度变化规律,总结出水泥土桩土界面抗剪强度τ与水泥掺和百分比αw的实验方程式。依据所得到的方程式进行桩侧土体注浆加固设计,实际施工情况及进行的跟踪观测证实,处理后的桩承载力增加值超过2000kN,注浆加固深度为15m,沉降可以满足要求。

     

    Abstract: Based on the defective piles under the highrise building,the paper investigate the laws of the shear strength ( τ ) on the face between pile and cement treated soils around the pile with different percents of cement ( α w ) injected into soils, and an experimental relation between the shear strength τ and the percent of cement ( α w ) is obtained. Then it is used to design the cement stabilization of the soils arround the piles, the results of the case record and the field observation confirm that, the bearing capacity increases by more than 2000kN, and the settlement is allowable provided that the depth of soils injected is about 15m.
