水泥-废石膏加固软土的试验研究

On stabilization of soft soil with waste gypsum and cement

  • 摘要: 利用废石膏和水泥配合加固软土,与单纯用水泥加固相比,可显著提高加固效果。在水泥-废石膏的水化物中,既有水泥产生的水化硅酸钙胶结松散的土颗粒,又有水泥与石膏产生的钙矾石膨胀填充孔隙。加固土孔隙水中CaO,OH-浓度决定水泥-废石膏的适用性及其增强效果。

     

    Abstract: Experimental research and engineering practice proved that the result of stabilizing soft soil with waste gypsum and cement is much better than that with cement only.During the hydration of cement waste gypsum, in addition to calcium silicate hydrate produced by the cement, there is a lot of ettringite produced by the reaction of cement with gypsum . The function of the calcium silicate hydrate is cementing loose soil particles together, and that of the ettringite is filling pores by expansion. It is the concentration of CaO and OH - in the pore water of stabilized soil that determines the suitability of cement gypsum and the strength enhancement effect of it.
