Finite-Element Modelling of Soil-Geogrid Interaction with Application to Interpret the Pullout Behaviour of Geogrids

  • 摘要: 本文提出了土工格栅在拉拔状态下与土相互作用的有限元分析方法。土对格栅的阻力可用非线性弹簧来模拟,弹簧的非线性特性曲线可通过专门设计的小型拉拔试验槽来测定。简要介绍了威尔士大学按试行的欧洲标准研制的大型土工格栅拉拔试验设备。有限元分析结果与用该设备进行的试验结果有很好的一致性。

     

    Abstract: A two dimensional plane-stress finite-element type of analysis is presented to predict the behaviour of geogrids embedded in fill material under pullout loading conditions.  The interactions between fill material and geogrid are simulated by nonlinear springs.  The stiffnesses of the springs can be determined from simple tests in a specially designed shear box.  The proposed FE analysis is applied to interpret test results from a large scale pullout test rig.  The predicted behaviour of the geogrid under pullout load agrees well with the observed data including the load-displacement properties, the displacement distribution along the longitudinal direction and the mobilization of the frictional and bearing resistance.
