硬质岩层盾构掘进引起国保单位白塔振动预测与控制技术

  • 摘要: 硬质岩层盾构掘进施工引起的环境振动会对邻近文物建筑产生不利影响。针对硬质岩层盾构掘进振源特性复杂和文物保护单位容许振动指标严苛的难题,基于之江路输水管廊隧道近距离侧穿白塔工程,系统介绍了一种基于实测与模拟相结合的振动反分析法,在此基础上开展了硬岩地层盾构掘进引起白塔振动响应预测分析,并分别从盾构施工参数和PVC空心减振屏障两方面进行白塔减隔振技术研究。结论如下:硬质岩层盾构掘进振源主要由盾构掘进过程中的刀盘转动、滚刀切削坚硬岩体诱发;盾构施工参数中掘进速度与振动响应表现出较好的相关性,降低盾构机掘进速度,振动响应全频段显著下降;PVC空心桩对中高频段具有较好的减振效果,在白塔范围内平均减振率可达50%。

     

    Abstract: Environmental vibrations caused by shield tunneling in hard rock strata can have adverse effects on neighboring cultural heritage buildings. In response to the challenges posed by the complex vibration sources from shield tunneling in hard rock, stringent vibration criteria for cultural heritage preservation, as well as the poor overall structural integrity, a vibration back-analysis method based on field measurements and finite element method is proposed. This method is also applied for prediction and control technology of vibrations induced by shield tunneling in hard rock strata for conservation of the White Tower in the Zhijiang Road water conveyance pipe gallery tunnel project. The vibration isolation effects are also analyzed focusing on two aspects, namely shield construction parameters and PVC hollow pile barriers. It is concluded that the main vibration source due to shield tunneling in hard rock strata is caused by the rotation of the cutter head and the cutting of hard rock by the disc cutters. There is a good correlation between excavation speed and tunneling-induced vibration level. Thus reducing the excavation speed significantly decreases vibration level over the concerned frequency range. The PVC hollow pile has a good vibration reduction effect in the mid-to-high frequency range, with an average vibration reduction rate of up to 50% within the White Tower area.
