粉煤灰堆积体大断面连拱隧道施工力学研究

  • 摘要: 国内目前并无在粉煤灰堆积体中采用暗挖法修建大断面连拱隧道的先例,给隧道的设计和施工带来了巨大挑战。依托盐坪坝隧道工程,开展大断面连拱隧道穿越粉煤灰堆积体的室内相似模型试验,探讨了该地层下大断面连拱隧道塌落拱演化规律及开挖施工力学行为。研究结果表明:连拱隧道在粉煤灰堆积体中开挖极易发生失稳,失稳过程分为局部塌落期、主拱成形期、失稳剧烈期、地层贯穿破坏期四个阶段,破坏模式具有突发性、剧烈性、对称性、同步性特征;塌落拱高度约为0.4倍隧道开挖跨度,拱内部纵向和横向裂纹“切割”致使土体发生拉-剪破坏,拱外部密集的环形裂纹与开挖中心点水平夹角为34°~72°,并与开挖轮廓线附近的纵向裂纹贯通致使地层整体破坏;采用单侧壁导坑法开挖时粉煤灰堆积体承载力严重不足,根据相似换算关系左、右洞拱顶沉降分别为16.86cm、14.91cm,需对地层实施注浆加固;中隔墙的承载作用能够有效降低地层位移,单洞压力拱向双洞压力拱转换过程中,中隔墙受到偏压作用容易向先行洞侧偏转,建议在先行洞开挖时中隔墙左侧添加支撑物。

     

    Abstract: There is no precedent of using concealed excavation method to construct large cross-sectional continuous arch tunnel in fly ash accumulation in China, which brings great challenges to the design and construction of the tunnel. Based on the Yanpingba tunnel project, we conducted an indoor similar model test of large-section continuous-arch tunnel through fly ash accumulation, and explored the evolution of large-section continuous-arch tunnel collapse arch and the mechanical behavior of excavation construction under this stratum. The results show that: the continuous arch tunnel excavation in the fly ash pile is highly susceptible to destabilization, and the destabilization process is divided into four stages: local collapse phase, main arch forming phase, intense destabilization phase, and stratigraphic penetration damage phase, and the damage pattern is characterized by abruptness, intensity, symmetry, and synchronization; the height of the collapsed arch is about 0.4 times the tunnel excavation span, and the longitudinal and transverse cracks inside the arch " Cutting" causes the soil body to be damaged by tension-shear, and the dense annular cracks outside the arch have a horizontal angle of 34°~72° with the excavation center point and penetrate with the longitudinal cracks near the excavation contour line, resulting in the overall destruction of the strata; the bearing capacity of the fly ash pile is seriously insufficient when the single sidewall guide pit method is used for excavation, and the settlement of the left and right vaults are 16.86 cm and 14.91 cm respectively according to the similar conversion relationship. The bearing effect of the diaphragm wall can effectively reduce the displacement of the strata, and in the process of conversion from single-hole pressure arch to double-hole pressure arch, the diaphragm wall is easily deflected to the side of the first hole by bias pressure, so it is suggested to add supports to the left side of the diaphragm wall in the excavation of the first hole.
