粗粒料湿化变形特性研究

Wetting deformation characteristics of coarse granular materials

  • 摘要: 粗粒料作为建筑材料广泛使用于大坝、路基等变形控制要求较高的基础设施建设中,其中,使用过程中的湿化变形尤为重要。通过分析粗粒料单线法湿化试验数据发现,湿化体变与湿化轴变的比值k、平均主应力p和广义剪应力q三者满足扭面关系。当k恒定时,此扭面变为p-q平面内一条经过原点的直线。利用上述发现推导出了k的计算公式,其形式为q/p的对数函数。利用该文提出的湿化体变与湿化轴变比值的计算方法和湿化轴变与湿化应力水平的双曲线关系,拟合了三轴湿化试验数据,发现该文给出的计算湿化变形的方法不仅能够体现湿化体变的湿缩现象,还能体现湿胀现象,而且模拟值与试验数据拟合度较高。

     

    Abstract: As the coarse granular materials are widely used in dams and roadbeds with high requirements for deformation control, it is critical to study the wetting deformation of the coarse granular materials. By analyzing the existing research results, a torsional plane relationship is put forward among the mean principal stressp, the generalized shear stress q and the ratio of wetting volumetric strain to wetting axial straink. When k is constant, the torsional plane becomes a straight line through the origin in the p-q plane. Using the above findings, the formula for calculating k is deduced, which is in the form of logarithmic function of q/p. To illustrate its rationality and practicability, some triaxial wetting tests are numerically simulated using the proposed relationships. The results show that the law and the proposed method for calculating the wetting strain of coarse granular materials are reasonable and practical.
