灌水法检测堆石体密度影响因素分析与控制措施

Influence factors and control measures for the density of rockfill by using irrigation method

  • 摘要: 灌水法因其原理简单、简便易用,能直接检测出填筑体的密度而广泛应用于水利水电工程土石坝填筑料的填筑质量检测。而在实际工程试验检测过程中,诸多因素均会影响到检测成果的精度,甚至会得到很多异常且不合理的结果。因此有必要结合土石坝填筑质量的实际检测经验对影响因素进行分析,并通过相关试验研究提出消除或减小影响因素的相关措施。

     

    Abstract: The irrigation method can directly detect the density of the filling body. It has the merits of simple principle and easy to use, so it is widely used in the quality inspection of the filling materials of earth rock fill dams in the water conservancy and hydropower projects. But in the actual engineering tests, many factors will affect the accuracy of the test results, and a lot of abnormal and unreasonable results are got. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the influence factors by combining the practical quality testing experience of constructing earth rock fill dams. The relevant measures to eliminate or reduce the influence factors are put forward through experimental study.
