河口海岸管袋裸坝信息化施工技术研究

Information construction technology for flat geotube embankments in estuarial and coastal areas

  • 摘要: 土工充填管袋筑堤技术广泛应用于河口海岸工程中。受施工环境和施工技术的影响,管袋裸坝容易发生失稳破坏。在管袋裸坝施工领域引入信息化施工技术以保证施工安全,提升施工效率。以影响施工期管袋裸坝安全性的指标因素入手,通过筛选重点影响指标并分析影响机理,建立管袋裸坝施工期稳定性指标体系;在指标体系的基础上,开发管袋裸坝信息化施工系统;最后,结合围垦工程提出系统的现场应用方法,并开展现场试验对系统运行状况进行检验,试验结果表明,系统能够满足现场施工正常运行的要求。

     

    Abstract: Flat geotextile sand tube (geotube) embankments are widely used for estuarine and costal structures. The structures are prone to collapses for the reason of complex construction environment. It is of significance to improve the safety and efficiency of construction by introducing information construction technology. In the first step, the factors which have influence on the stability of flat geotube embankments during construction period are screened, then stability calculation methods for the geotube embankments are proposed for each factor. In the second step, an information construction system (software and hardware) is developed based on the proposed formulae. Finally, field application of the system and filed experiment are presented based on a typical project. According to the results of field experiment, it is indicated that the proposed system can satisfy the requirements of normal operation in the process of construction.
