隧道坡度对盾构掘进引起地面隆陷的影响

Influences of tunnel slope on shield tunnelling-induced heave and subsidence of ground surface

  • 摘要: 基于Mindlin解,经数值积分计算了盾构以一定坡度掘进时切口附加推力与盾壳摩擦力的竖向分量引起的地面竖向位移,并通过现场实测验证了其合理性。计算表明,随盾构俯仰角的增大,在切口附加推力与盾壳摩擦力竖向分量的作用下,沿隧道纵向地面竖向位移呈现总体上移趋势,且切口前方最大隆起出现的位置更加靠近切口;盾构俯仰角一定时,随隧道埋深的加大,切口附加推力与盾壳摩擦力竖向分量作用下的地面最大隆起呈指数型下降。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Mindlin solution, the vertical movements of ground surface induced by the vertical component of the additional thrust at the excavation face and the friction force imposed on the surrounding soils by the shield skin are calculated through numerical integration. The results are verified by field observations. The analysis indicates that the longitudinal ground surface is expected to be globally heaved due to the vertical component of the additional thrust and the friction force, and the point where the maximum heave observed moves to the cutter-head with the increase of pitch angle of shield tunnelling. Under a fixed pitch angle, the maximum heave of ground surface declines exponentially with the increase of tunnel depth.
