Studies of Pile Box Foundation Interaction Under Highrise Buildings

  • 摘要: 为了研究在上海软土地区上高层建筑桩-箱基础共同作用机理,本文对一高层建筑桩-箱基础进行了原位测试及共同作用分析。原位测试从基坑开挖开始到建筑物结构封顶后3个月,历时2年零3个月,取得了有关建筑物沉降特征、基底反力分布和桩顶作用力分布规律的实测资料。文中还按弹性理论方法对建筑物的群桩基础作了共同作用分析,并与实测结果进行了对比

     

    Abstract: To study pile-box foundation interaction under highrise buildings on Shanghai soft soil, field measurements are reported for a 24-storeyed building on box foundation with 233 precast concrete piles, including settlement and bearing pressure at different points of the box foundation, and load on head of piles. Field measurements were performed throughout the construction period,lasting about 2 years and 3 months.Computations based on elastic theory and current specification have been performed for comparison.
