Abstract: From experiment, the formulae counting salt heaving rate of salty soil have been given. These formulae vary with five factors including water content, NaCl content, Na 2SO 4 content, initial dry unit weight and overburden pressure. The laws of single factor effect on heaving rate of sulphate salty soil are analysized. It is proposed that the relation between heaving rate and each factor is a conic parabola.
