Spatial Analysis on Highrise-Pile Foundation-Soil Interaction

  • 摘要: 本文研究了目前尚不成熟的高层建筑结构—桩—土共同工作的空间问题。从计算应力系数着手,考虑桩—土之间的相互作用,计算土变形;运用导得的计算地基应力系数的解析式,极大地提高了计算速度和精度。推导了体系共同工作方程,并研制了通用程序,使较大型的高层建筑结构—桩—土共同工作空间分析成为现实。本文还分析了上部结构逐层施工、承台刚度变化、土层变化、桩距变化等情况对沉降、承台内力、桩顶反力、上部结构内力的影响,并获得了该体系规律性的结论。

     

    Abstract: A comprehensive research on spatial analysis for the highrise-pile foundation-soil interaction was carried out. The coeffieients of the stress distributions are evaluated for determining the deformation of the soil medium, in which the pile-soil interaction is taken into account. The running speed and the accuracy are extremely improved after the analytical expression of the coefficient end of the stress distribution were introduced. The interaction equation and the universal program of the whole system were also established, which makes it possible to accomplish the spatial analysis of the highrise-pile-soil interaction. The effects, such as the floor-by-floor erection of the highrise, the variation of the stiffness of the plate, the change of the soil formation and the pile spacing on the settlement and stresses in the pile, the pile loads and the stresses in the superstructure were also analysed. Several useful rules of the interaction were also concluded.
