反复加卸载对岩石KIC的影响以及直切日试件岩石KIC的“塑性”修正
Influence of Consecutive Loading-unloading Cycles to Rock KIC and "Plasticity" Correction of Rock KIC from Straight Notched Specimen

摘要: 本文根据岩样直切口三点弯试验的载荷—加载点位移曲线形状的分析和刚度理论,认为可用普通材料试验机作出直切口三点弯试验最大载荷后的加卸载循环,并得到试验验证。用大理岩和花岗岩标准短棒试件试验得出反复加卸载对岩石抵抗裂纹扩展能力(即K1C)的影响。根据四种试件的断裂韧度试验结果,从理论和实验上论述了直切口三点弯试验与V形切口试验同样存在“塑性”影响,提供了直切口三点弯试验的“塑性”修正方法。Abstract: The shape of load-loading displacement curve of straight notched 3pb test is analyzed. According to the theory of stiffness, the loading-unloading cycle after failure load can be obtained from ordinary testing machine, and which is proved in the test. Using the standard short rod specimen 50mm in diameter of marble and granite, the influence of consecutive loading-unloading cycles to rock Kic was studied. It was found that the consecutive loading-unloading cycles reduces the value of rock Kic Testing specimen with four kinds of rock were studied on the "plasticity" influence of straight notched 3pb specimen. It was concluded that "plasticity" influence exists in straight notched specimen and the method for "plasticity" correction was given.
