A Study of Acrylate Chemical Grouting Material and Its Application

  • 摘要: 本文介绍以引力场论和拮抗作用设计制造的一种毒性轻微的丙烯酸盐化学灌浆材料,其优点是:粘度低,不含颗粒成分,可以灌入细微裂隙,胶凝时间可以控制,凝胶渗透系数低,抗挤出能力强等。全文包括丙烯酸盐的选择和配比设计、浆材的主要特性、现场试验和应用等四个主要部分。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a new acrylate chemical grouting material which designed and produced with attration field theory and antagonism. The advantages of this grouting material are such as: low viscosity, grain-free component, being injected into fine fissure, gelling time can be controlled easy, low permeability coefficient and large resist extrusion of gel, the lowest toxicity and satisfactory results of application etc.This paper includes four chief section of selection of acrylates and design of formulation, properties of grouting solution, in-situ experiment and application
