CFG桩施工过程中孔隙水压力试验研究

Experimental study on pore water pressure in construction of CFG piles

  • 摘要:  长螺旋钻管内泵压CFG桩,是一项CFG桩复合地基新技术。该技术在郑州地区推广应用时,引起一系列环境岩土工程问题和桩体工程质量问题。所以探讨产生上述问题的机理和成因,提出解决问题的办法,对其适应性做出评价已迫在眉睫。孔隙水压力的变化是土体强度变化的前兆。通过在施工现场埋设孔隙水压力计,研究了长螺旋钻管内泵压CFG桩施工过程中,桩周饱和粉土中孔隙水压力的变化规律,探讨了施工引起桩周土体变形的机理。这为深入分析施工引起环境岩土工程问题的原因,进而采取有效措施,避免工程事故的发生提供了重要依据。 更多还原

     

    Abstract:  Pressure pumped CFG pile by continuous auger drilling is a new technology of CFG pile composite foundation.However,there appear a series of environmental geotechnical engineering problems and pile quality problems when this technology is applied and popularized in Zhengzhou and its peripheral regions.Therefore,it is urgent to study the mechanism and causes of the above problems as well as the solution to the problems and to assess their adaptation.Change of pore water pressure is the precursor of change of soil intensity.By burying pore water pressure gauges at the side of the piles,the variation discipline of the pore water pressure in saturated powder soil around piles is studied,and the mechanism of deformation displacement of soil body around piles caused by constructions during the process of construction of the pressure pumped CFG pile by continuous auger drilling is discussed.So it provides an important basis for deep analyses of the environmental and geotechnical engineering problems caused in construction.Effective measures should be taken to avoid engineering accidents.
