复杂地质条件下不对称双塔高层建筑复合桩基设计研究

摘要: 宁波市商会·国贸中心由A、B两幢塔楼和裙房组成,两塔楼的结构高度和竖向荷载相差均达一倍以上,属于大底盘、多塔楼的高层建筑。介绍了针对多塔楼高层建筑基础采用变刚度调平概念的设计方法;为协调各塔楼间基础的不均匀沉降,对竖向荷载较小的塔楼B基础采用了复合桩基的设计方案,并在基础结构设计中应考虑上部荷载和刚度差异引起的沉降耦合控制。沉降监测结果表明,实测沉降远小于理论计算和规范限制,工程实施效果良好。Abstract: The building of Ningbo Commercial and International Trade Center is composed of one skirt building and two towers with A and B, whose structural height and vertical load both have two fold gaps at least and belong to the highrise multi-towers with large chassis. The method of optimized design of pile foundation stiffness to reduce differential settlement is introduced for the design of multi-towers foundation. The composite pile foundation is considered for tower B which has smaller vertical load, and the settlement coupling caused by the difference of the upper loads and the stiffness should be considered in the design of foundation structure. The results of settlement monitoring indicate that the program is satisfactory, and the measured values are far less than theoretical calculation and the limitation of code.
