大直径盾构隧道排烟系统原理与优化设计研究

Principle and optimal design of smoke extraction system of shield tunnel

  • 摘要: 主要研究庆春路过江隧道工程隧道盾构段排烟方案的选取,庆春路过江隧道初步设计阶段盾构段火灾时采用半横向排烟方案,半横向排烟方案需在圆形盾构隧道顶部设置烟道板,但其排烟方案施工难度较大,且对隧道耐久性影响较大。基于大量的国内外相关工程的调研,并对纵向排烟方案与半横向排烟方案进行了多方面的论证及对比,最后建议将排烟方案改为纵向排烟。

     

    Abstract: The selection of the smoke control system for the river-crossing shield tunnel in Qingchun Road is discussed. In the preliminary design, a semi-transverse smoke control plan is earlier proposed. However, the early plan tends to result in great difficulty on construction and negative effects on the durability of tunnel system. The worldwide tunnel cases are extensively investigated, and various aspects on vertical and semi-transverse smoke extraction systems are compared. Finally, the longitudinal smoke extraction system is recommended.
