软土地基处理中的蛙式打夯机结构改造及周期运动分析
Structural transformation and analysis of periodic motion of frog-hammer for soft ground treatment

摘要: 通过对软土地基处理中的原蛙式打夯机的周期运动分析,找到其工作噪音大、操作人员劳动强度大的原因。利用电动机带动成对偏心块作相反方向等角速度的转动,使它们所产生的水平向离心力相互抵消,从而减小工作时的噪音,减轻工人的劳动强度。另外,在蛙式打夯机底盘上安装滚轮,可以改善其行走的灵活性。所进行的改造具有结构简单、易于制造的特点,有较好的工程机械应用前景。Abstract: The reasons of the work noise and high labor intensity of operators are found through the analysis of periodic motion of the original frog-hammer for soft ground treatment. The electromotor drives a pair of eccentric blocks for the opposite direction rotation with equal angular velocity, which generates counteract horizontal centrifugal forces, so that the noise at work and labor intensity of workers are reduced. In addition, the flexibility of walking is improved with the installation of rollers in the chassis. The present transformation has features of simple structure, easy manufacture, and good application prospects for construction machinery.
