高速公路改扩建路基加宽锚固加筋技术研究

  • 摘要: 为了实现路基加宽工程中新老路基的有效衔接,提出了一种道路路基加宽锚固加筋新技术。分析了锚杆锚固机理和土工格栅在新老路基结合部拼接中的作用机理,研究了锚固加筋法组合结构设计技术方法。通过有限元数值模拟,揭示了直接开挖台阶、开挖台阶+土工格栅加筋、开挖台阶+土工格栅加筋+锚杆锚固3种不同加宽方案后地基沉降和水平位移、路基表面沉降以及格栅受力特征规律。该研究结果为高填方路基和软土地基上路基加宽技术方案的制定提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The new technology of anchorage-reinforced in the subgrade widening project of highways is put forward in order to realize the effective connection between the new and the existing subgrades. The anchoring mechanism of anchor bolts and the geogrids-reinforced function mechanism in the joint part between the new and the existing subgrades are analyzed. The design method of anchorage-reinforced composite structure is studied. Based on the FEM, the characteristics of the ground settlement and horizontal displacement, sungrade surface settlement and the geogrid stress are studied according to three subgrade widening schemes, that is, excavation step only, excavation step + geogrid reinforcement, and excavation step + geogrid reinforcement + anchor bolt. The results can be used as a reference for future design of subgrade widening project of highways.
