可回收锚索在基坑支护工程中的技术研究及应用探讨

Application of recycling anchor cables in support of excavations

  • 摘要: 锚索作为一种较为成熟的岩土工程技术手段,广泛应用于基坑支护和边坡治理中,但工程实施后遗留在周边地层中的长锚索,容易造成地下空间污染,特别对于修建城市地铁隧道而言是非常棘手的地下障碍物。锚索的可回收性,可以在某些条件受限的特殊工况下解决锚索应用难题,并有良好经济效果。从作用机理、施工工艺成熟度、安全可靠性及经济效益等几个方面探讨可回收锚索的适用性和推广价值,并给出了深圳地铁九号线地下停车场深基坑工程等几个应用实例。

     

    Abstract: The anchor cable, as a mature technology, is widely applied in support of excavations and slopes in geotechnical engineering. But the cables with obvious length often bring great influence on the urban underground space after project completion, which is obvious obstruction in urban metro tunneling. The studies on the recycling pre-stressed anchor cables can provide reference for case under restricted conditions. The mechanism, technical maturity, safety reliability and economic benefits are discussed in adaptability and generalization of the recycling anchor cables. A deep excavation project of metro Line 9 in Shenzhen and other two cases are given for examples.
