Abstract:
In order to gather the design and construction experience for anchored double-row piles in strata of soil-rock dualistic structure, a typical project in Qingdao is used as the case to study the variation of displacement and bending moment of piles by means of the plane strain FEM. The three factors of row distance, rigidity of piles and depth of embedded piles are analyzed. The computed results are compared with the in-situ monitoring data. It shows that such anchored double-row piles have more lateral stiffness and can limit the deformation of the excavation. This research will serve as a theoretical reference for similar projects in future.
