高层建筑下大面积整体筏板基础沉降原位测试分析

  • 摘要: 原位测试结果表明, 大底盘高层建筑的受力状态及变形特征与相连的第一跨裙房基础密切相关,其具备在两个刚度及荷载相差较大的结构形式下所形成的不同地基应力状态之间进行平缓调整的能力。 对于常规工程而言,大底盘高层建筑下 地基压缩层计算深度可取高层建筑基础宽度的 1.2 倍; 整体大面积筏板基础变形控制条件可按以下限值控制:高层下整体挠曲最大限值不超过 0.5‰ ,与高层整体连接的第一跨裙房与高层建筑的沉降差最大限值不超过 0.001 l ,裙房其它柱间沉降差最大限值不超过 0.002 l

     

    Abstract: The results of in-situ tests show that the stress state and deformation characteristics of a tall building with large-area raft foundation are closely related to the foundation of the first span podium. The building has the ability to adjust different ground stress states caused by different structural rigidities and loads between the tall building and podiums. For the conventional projects, the calculated depth of subsoil compressible stratum under large-area thick raft foundation under the tall building is about 1.2 times the width of its foundation. The deformation control conditions of large-area thick raft foundation can take the following limits: the overall largest flexure limit under tall buildings is no more than 0.5‰, and the maximum settlement difference limit between the tall building and the first span podium connecting with the tall building does not exceed 0.001 l, and the maximum settlement difference limit among the annexs other columns does not exceed 0.002 l.
