自扩式沉管灌注桩技术及其承载性状试验研究

Technology and bearing behavior of cast-in-place pile with self-enlarging diving casing

  • 摘要: 自扩式沉管灌注桩(简称自扩桩)是在传统沉管灌注桩基础上开发的一种新桩型,它能有效提高桩基承载力和减少沉降。在介绍自扩桩施工工艺和技术原理的基础上,通过某工程中自扩桩和普通沉管灌注桩的静载荷试验和桩身轴力测试,对两种桩型的桩身轴力传递规律和侧摩阻力的发挥性状进行比较分析,探讨自扩桩的承载性状,为其进一步推广应用提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The self-enlarging diving casing cast-in-place pile(SDCC pile) was a new style of piles,and it was developed from the traditional tube-sinking cast-in-situ piles.The construction technology of the SDCC pile was introduced.On the basis of the static load tests and axial force tests,the transferring law of axial force and the action of lateral friction resistance of the SDCC pile and the ordinary pile in soft clay were analyzed by comparison.The bearing behavior and the load transfer mechanism of the SDCC pile were discussed.Compared with the ordinary tube-sinking cast-in-situ pile,it was concluded that the SDCC pile could improve the bearing capacity and reduce the settlement effectively,and was of preferable engineering application value.The research results provided theoretical basis for its application.
