面板堆石坝挤压式边墙与面板接触面力学特性研究

Behavior of interface between extrusion-sidewall and slab face of CFRD

  • 摘要: 采用试验方法研究了不同的挤压式边墙表面处理措施对挤压式边墙与面板接触面力学特性的影响规律。针对挤压墙表面的不同措施进行了大型接触面剪切试验,测量了接触面的应力应变关系,分析了主要影响因素。结果表明:采用填料可以减小接触面的峰值剪应力,其中乳化沥青、乳化沥青与砂聚合物、PE膜的效果接近,沥青油毡的减小摩擦效果更为显著。不采用填料或者采用乳化沥青、乳化沥青与砂聚合物、沥青油毡等填料时,接触面的力学特性都表现出类似于理想弹塑性的特性,采用PE膜填料的接触面表现出较明显的应变软化。Clough-Duncan模型能较好地模拟接触面的起始剪切段,但当剪应力较大并接近峰值时模型预测与试验结果表现出一定差距。建议了一个模拟该类接触面主要力学特性的修正理想弹塑性模型,其参数少且易于确定,模型的模拟结果与试验结果也较为符合。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of interface between the extrusion-sidewall and slab face of CFRD were investigated by carrying out a series of large scale shear tests of the interface with different surface treatment on the extrusion-sidewall.The relationship between the shear stress and the strain of the interface was analyzed considering the influence of treatment.It was shown that the friction between the extrusion-sidewall and the concrete slab decreased if filling materials were used in the tests.The effect of friction reduction was similar if mixture of emulsified asphalt and sand,or emulsified asphalt and PE membrane,was used while the effect of asphalt felt was more significant.Strain softening occurred when the PE membrane was used as interface filling materials,while it did not occur with the other filling materials or without filling materials.The Clough-Duncan model was capable of simulating the starting of the stress-strain relationship but it deviated a little with the test results when the shear stress was close to its peak.A modified ideal elasto-plastic model was suggested to characterize the stress-strain relationship of the interface with fewer parameters and a good coincidence.
