基于高精度PSD的三轴试样径向变形激光量测系统的研制

Development of laser measuring system to measure radial displacement of triaxial specimens based on high precision PSD

  • 摘要: 研制开发了一套基于高精度PSD(位置敏感探测器)的三轴试验土样径向变形激光量测系统,将激光光电检测技术和光学三角法测距原理应用于土工三轴试验,实现了土样变形的非接触式多点直接量测,能够较精确的测定不同时刻试样高度不同位置处的直径变化值,对紫铜标准试件的测试精度为0.009 mm,应用该系统可对三轴试验过程中试样的应力应变性质进行更加符合实际受力状态的深入研究。文中还对影响测量精度和误差的主要因素进行了分析,并通过标准试件直径的实测结果验证了系统的测量精度。

     

    Abstract: A new laser measuring system was developed to measure the radial displacement of triaxial specimens based on high precision PSD.In this system,direct measurement for the displacement of soil specimens with multi-points and non-contact method was carried out,which could measure change of diameters in several different positions at different time,meanwhile,a high precision of 0.009 mm could be reached through using the technique of laser & photoelectricity measurement and the principle of optical rigonometry during triaxial tests.Using this system,it could be likely to study stress and strain property of triaxial specimens in accordance with the actual condition.In addition,the main factors which would affect the precision and error of measurement were analyzed,and the precision of this system was validated through the measured results of the diameter of standard specimens.
