浅埋地下工程管棚法施工中合理管棚直径分析

Optimum diameter analysis of pipe roofs applied in underground engineering with shallow overburden

  • 摘要: 针对当前管棚应用范围日益广泛和管径的多样化,本文推导了基于增量运动方程的管棚位移敏感度分析方程,编制了程序。选取了城市浅埋地下工程中的两类典型工程案例,就不同管棚长度、支护结构跨度等条件下,如何合理选择管棚直径进行了分析。分析表明:管棚的功能是随着工程具体特点而变化的,合理管径是与管棚的长度、结构参数、开挖工艺等密切相关的,主要取决于管棚的承载或传递荷载作用特性,在选择合理管棚直径时需要对具体工程进行具体分析,以获得最佳效益。

     

    Abstract: To deal with the optimum diameter of pipe roofs applied in underground engineering,an algorithm for the sensibility analysis of pipe roof displacement based on the incremental motion equation was developed.Two case studies on urban underground engineering with shallow overburden were conducted.The effects of pipe roof length,support span,etc.on the optimum diameter were analyzed.It was shown that the optimum diameter depended on the load bearing or load transferring function of pipe roofs and was affected by some factors,such as the pipe roof length,support parameters,construction technique,etc.
