开采速度对综放面围岩力学特征影响研究
Influence of mining velocity on mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock in fully mechanized top-coal caving face

摘要: 以谢桥矿#13煤层综放工作面工程地质和开采技术条件为背景,应用计算机数值模拟和实验室相似材料模拟,对不同推进速度下综放面围岩应力、位移、破坏情况进行了深入分析,研究了工作面推进速度对综放开采安全生产的影响。研究结果表明:随着工作面推进速度增加,工作面低应力区和周围煤岩体破坏区的范围以及位移都相应减小,而前方支承压力峰值位置向工作面煤壁靠近,峰值应力增大。现场生产实践适当加快工作面推进速度,有利于保持巷道的稳定性和改善巷道维护状态,但是应做好监测工作,防止岩爆等动力灾害的发生,确保井下安全生产的正常进行。Abstract: Numerical simulation and equivalent material simulation were carried out to analyze the stress,displacement and failure with different coal winning velocities based on engineering geology and exploitation technology of 1151(3) fully mechanized top-coal caving(FMTC) face in Xieqiao colliery.At the same time influence of mining velocity on safety of the FMTC face was investigated.With the increase of mining velocity,the area of low stress zone,the range of failure zone and displacement at the FMTC face decreased.The distance between the face and the position of the peak value of abutment pressure decreased,but the peak value of abutment pressure increased.To increase the mining velocity properly could be of great advantage to keep the roadway stable and to improve the maintenance of the roadway.In order to ensure the safety in production,monitoring measures should be carried out to prevent rockburst.
