折线型面板堆石坝——改善面板应力状态

  • 摘要: 数值计算和原型观测结果都表明,面板堆石坝靠近两岸的面板拉应力较大,个别部位拉应力甚至超过面板混凝土抗拉强度设计值,由于混凝土抗拉强度只有抗压强度的6%9%,拉应力往往是确定面板混凝土标号乃至影响面板安全的控制因素。本文提出了以折线型面板替代直线型面板来减小面板上拉应力的新设想,通过某水电站面板堆石坝的三维有限元法数值计算表明采用折线型面板可以有效地减小面板的拉应力,同时面板垂直缝的张开变形和周边缝的张开变形也都减小。因此,对于高面板堆石坝或河谷形状较陡的面板堆石坝工程,采用折线型面板可能更有利于大坝的安全。

     

    Abstract: It was indicated by numerical analysis and prototype observation that the tensile stress distributed at the left side and right side of face slab of concrete face rockfill dams was usually large and sometimes even larger than tensile strength of concrete.The face slab would crack probably if the tensile stress was larger than the tensile strength of concrete.In order to solve this complex problem,a new idea—broken line type face slab was suggested.Comparison between the stress-strain behavior of broken line type face slab and that of straight line type face slab was made by numerical analysis with three—dimensional finite element method.The calculation results showed that the tensile stress of broken line type face slab was much less than that of straight line type face slab.Moreover,its opening displacement of both the vertical joints and the perimetric joints were also smaller.Therefore,the broken line type face slab could be much safer than the straight line type face slab,especially for high dams or dams in steep-walled valley.
