Studies on load-transmitting factor of thick sandy soil layer on key roof stratum in shallow seam mining

  • 摘要: 通过动态载荷相似模拟实验,得出了厚沙土层浅埋煤层工作面顶板关键层载荷的“四区”分布规律,揭示了顶板结构中A、B和C关键块的动态载荷演化规律,发现了周期来压期间二次“卸荷拱”的载荷传递机理。提出了载荷传递因子的概念,基于太沙基土压力原理建立修正的普氏拱模型,给出了卸荷拱高度计算公式,确定了载荷传递的岩性因子和时间因子计算公式。

     

    Abstract: Through the dynamic load simulating system and simulating model tests of roof structure, the general load distribution law on the mined key roof and its structure in shallow seam under thick sandy soil overburden was deduced, and the load variation law on key block A, B and C of roof structure were revealed. Furthermore, the load transmitting mechanism of the reformed “unloading arch” was found in periodic loading on roof, then the new concept of load transmitting factor was put forward, and the amendatory model of M. M. Promojiyfakonov arch combined with that of K. Terzaghi was set up. On such a basis, the formula of lithology factor and time factor of load transmitting was established.
