高填土涵洞(管)采用EPS板减荷的试验研究

摘要: 针对高填土涵洞,对涵顶与涵侧同时铺设柔性材料EPS板的减荷效果进行了多种情况的试验对比,结果表明,这种措施不仅对减小洞顶和洞侧的土压力效果十分显著,同时还可解决涵洞在填土中引起的路面沉降不均,改善涵洞纵向垂直土压力与沉降的分布不均。根据本文公式计算结果、有限元计算结果与原型实测土压力值的比较,三者较为接近。本文成果可供各种上埋式构筑物工程设计参照,并可作为各部门有关的设计规范、设计规程与设计手册修订依据。Abstract: For culverts under the high-stacked soil, multi-conditional experimental comparison about reducing-load impact of laying flexible material EPS on the top and sides of the culvert is done. The result indicates that effect of reducing soil pressure on the top and side of culverts is distinct. At the same time, it can resolve uneven settlement of road surface induced from culverts under embankment, and improve uneven longitudinal distribution of vertical soil pressure and settlement of culverts. Based on comparison of results obtained by the authors and by FEM with measured soil pressure, these data are comparatively close to each other. The results can be used to design practical project as a basis of design criterion and design regulations.
