基桩现场静动载试验技术研究

摘要: 原位试验是获取桩基设计参数、了解桩基力学行为最客观、最可靠的方法。但在桩的现场试验中 ,钻孔灌注桩和预制桩桩周侧向土压力盒以及预制桩钢筋计的埋设一直是现场试验中的难题 ,至今没有很好解决。笔者所在课题组结合多起科研实践工作 ,研究了预制桩桩身应变计和侧向土压力盒设置方法和工艺 ,提出了一种简单可靠的钻孔灌注桩侧向土压力盒安装器。同时 ,基于现有试验设备 ,研制了桩顶静载和动载组合加载装置 ,为基桩在静载作用下进行大吨位动载试验解决了一个关键性试验技术难题。使用说明 ,上述试验技术和装置 ,可靠性高、效果好。本文比较详细的介绍这些试验技术成果 ,期与大家交流和共同探索 ,以推动这方面工作的进一步开展Abstract: In situ test is the most objective and reliable method to obtain design parameters and to understand the mechanism of pile foundations.However,installing earth pressure cells in side faces and strain gauges in piles are difficult problems which have not yet been solved.My colleagues and I study these problems and develop some simple and reliable instruments to be used in the precast piles and bored cast-in-place piles.Furthermore,we produce a combined equipment to apply static and dynamic load on pile top and solve a key problem in the static-dynamic load test of pile.
