Design and practice of SMW top-down construction method in deep pit

  • 摘要: 介绍了我国首次利用SMW进行围护的逆筑深基坑的设计与施工技术。以SMW围护结构作为防水、挡土体系,以结构的钢立柱和增设的部分临时钢格柱作为垂直荷载传递体系,以地下室各层楼板、梁作为水平荷载支撑体系,通过水平支撑悬吊技术、空间琵琶撑技术等的应用,成功地完成了我国最深的SMW围护基坑工程的施工。该工程对同类工程的设计与施工有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The design and construction of top-down construc ti on method of SMW(Soil-cement Mixed Wall)in deep pit applied for the first time in our country is introduced.The pro ject used SMW as the retaining wall fo r exterior waterproof and support,steel columns a s the bearing piles for the vertical load,and some structural beams and sl abs as the horizontal support. Furthermore, with the help of the struts hangi ng technique and spatial lute struts technique,the deepest SMW pit in our c ountry was successfully excavated.
