灌浆技术在紫山灰场粉煤灰地层中的应用

Application of grouting technology to the layer of pulverized coal ash on ground of Zishan

  • 摘要: 紫山灰场粉煤灰作为一种冲填土 ,粒度细 ,似粉砂。通过本次灌浆试验及施工 ,发现了一种新型的灌浆“帷幕”形态———水平或近似水平状的、连续的、呈近似圆形的“薄素混凝土面” ,它说明在水平方向是可灌的 ,它可有效地扩大渗径 ,增大渗透坡降。最后分析了“薄素混凝土面”的成因 ,探讨了其灌浆机理

     

    Abstract: Pulverized coal ash is hydraulically filled on ground of Zishan.Its grains were fine as silty sand.On the basis of experiment of grouting and construction,a new type of curtain grouting-horizontal or approximately horizontal,continuous,circular"thin layer of concrete"is found.It could grout in horizontal layer,enlarged permeating diameter and increased permeating gradient.This paper analyzed the cause of formation of "the thin layer of concrete"and discussed the mechanism of grouting.
