白云质石灰岩—水玻璃灌浆材料的性能及其反应机理

Properties and reaction mechanism of dolomite limestone-water glass grout

  • 摘要: 研究了白云质石灰岩—水玻璃灌浆材料的性能和影响因素 ,结果表明 :这种灌浆材料粘度较小 ,流动性好 ,可实现单液灌浆 ,凝固时间在 5~ 2 0h可调节 ,稳定性好 ,结石体强度和固砂强度达 1~ 3MPa。液固比或水玻璃浓度、养护温度和湿度、石灰岩颗粒细度、不同工艺路线是影响浆材性能的主要因素。还探讨了白云质石灰岩—水玻璃灌浆材料的反应机理。

     

    Abstract: The properties and influence factors of dolomite limestone-water glass grout were studied. Results show that its cohesion is low and flowability and stability are good, setting time can be controlled from 5 hours to 20 hours,calculus strength and mortar strength can reach 1-3 MPa, and the primary influence factors include liquid/solid ratio or the Baume degrees of water glass, curing temperature and humidity, size of limestone grains and different technique process.The reaction mechanism of dolomite limestone and water glass was discussed.
