黄土地区高层框剪结构-桩筏-地基的共同工作

Interaction between tall superstructure,pile-raft foundation and soil in loess area

  • 摘要: 通过对黄土地区高层建筑的单桩静载试验结果和工程桩受力及筏板承受反力的原位实测结果进行分析研究 ,阐述了黄土地基中钻孔灌注桩的受力特性 ,揭示了工程桩桩顶荷载和筏底土压力的大小及其分布规律。实测表明 ,筏板与其下黄土之间存在着较大的接触压力 ,群桩与桩间土共同承担着建筑物的总荷载。本工程中桩间土分担荷载高达 2 8.6 %。还分析了筏底土压力的分布机理 ,探讨了影响桩间土分担荷载作用的因素。另外 ,还讨论了高层建筑裙房下桩体出现拉力的原因

     

    Abstract: According to the analysis of the results for static loading test of single pile and measurements of engineering pile and raft for a tall building in loess area,this paper indicats the characteristics of the load carried by the bored cast in place pile in loess and the distribution of the load on the pile tops and the earth pressure under raft.The interaction between superstructure,pile raft foundation and soil is described.The results of the in situ test indicate that there is substantial contact pressure between the raft and the loess,and the gross load of building is shared by pile group and raft together.In this project,the load shared by raft is up to 28.6%.The distribution of the earth pressure under raft is studied and discussed.In addition,the characteristics of the tension pile under the podium of the tall building is analysed.
