上海浅层褐黄色粉质粘土剪切带形成的试验研究

摘要: 土体剪切带形成的研究已成为当今国际土力学十分重要的研究领域。上海褐黄色粉质粘土在浅层形成一层硬壳层 ,这层土是上海浅基础的持力层。对这层土土样的局部化变形和剪切带形成规律的试验研究将有助于深入认识它的基本性状。介绍改装的平面应变仪 ,并通过对该层粘土在固结不排水平面应变压缩试验结果的分析研究 ,定量提出上海褐黄色粉质粘土剪切带形成的一些规律。原状粘性土在平面应变条件下量测侧向局部变形的试验研究国内外鲜见报导。Abstract: Nowadays, study of formation of shear bands in soil has become an important research field in soil mechanics. A surface crust was formed with yellowish dark brown silty clay in Shanghai. The stratum is a load bearing stratum for shallow foundations in Shanghai. Experimental investigations of strain localization and formation of shear bands will conduce to a thorough study of basic behavior of this stratum clay. This paper introduces the plane strain compression apparatus which has been modified and improved. Through the study and analysis on the result of the consolidated undrained plane strain compression tests on yellowish dark brown silty clay of shallow stratum in Shanghai, some laws of formation of shear bands are presented quantitatively. Study of tests for measuring lateral strain localization of undisturbed clay in the condition of plane strain compression was rarely reported at home and abroad.
