固废基土质覆盖层水气响应与隔氧性能:从土柱试验到现场示范

  • 摘要: 酸性废水削减对酸性矿山与尾矿堆场生态修复至关重要。研发固废基土质覆盖层对于实现酸性固废场地防渗、隔氧与酸性废水源头削减具有重要的科学与工程价值。采用典型固废中和渣与建筑渣土构建毛细阻滞复合防渗型土质覆盖层,通过土柱试验与现场示范研究其防渗隔氧性能。首先开展室内土柱试验,结果表明在历时41天的干旱条件下固废基复合防渗型土质覆盖层的氧气通量为0.48 mol/(m2*year),低于北美控制标准2 mol/(m2*year);在施加的华南湿润区50年一遇的暴雨下,覆盖层未发现底部渗漏量。在此基础上,采用毛细阻滞复合防渗型土质覆盖层,在浙江丽水遂昌金矿酸性固废堆场开展了国内首个30 m×40 m的大尺寸固废基土质覆盖层的现场示范,并对其防渗隔氧效果进行了迄今为止一年的监测。在监测期间,总降雨量1193.2 mm,覆盖层底部累计渗漏量20.0 mm/年,满足北美的控制标准30 mm/年;监测期间的年均氧气通量为0.75 mol/(m2*year),小于北美控制标准2 mol/(m2*year);试验区域植被生长状态良好,复绿度100%。这些结果表明固废基土质覆盖层在我国酸性固废场地防渗隔氧与酸性废水源头削减中大有可为,应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: Reducing the source of acid mine drainage is very important for the ecological restoration of acid mines and tailings dumps. The research and development of earthen cover constructed with solid wastes is of great scientific and engineering value for achieving seepage prevention, oxygen barrier and reducing generation of acidic mine drainage in acidic solid waste sites. In this paper, typical solid wastes, e.g., neutralization slag and construction muck were used to construct a composite earthen cover, and its performances in reducing water percolation and oxygen entry at the base of the cover were studied through soil column test and field demonstration in turn. Firstly, the indoor soil column test was carried out. Soil column test results showed that the oxygen flux of this earthen cover was 0.48 mol/(m2*year), which was lower than the 2 mol/(m2 * year) in North America; No bottom leakage was found in the cover after applying an extreme rainfall with 50-year return period in the humid area of southern China. Thereafter, the first full-scale test of earthen cover constructed using solid wastes was built in acid mining dumps in Sui Chang Gold Mine, Li Shui City, Zhejiang Province. Its anti-seepage and oxygen barrier performance were monitored for one year so far. During the one-year monitoring period, the total rainfall was 1193.2 mm, and the cumulative leakage at the base of the cover was 20.0 mm, which meets the annual leakage control standard of 30 mm in North America. The oxygen flux during monitoring was 0.75 mol/(m 2*year), which was less than the North American oxygen flux control standard of 2 mol/(m2 * year). The vegetation in the experimental area grows well, covering 100% area. These results show that the earthen cover constructed with solid wastes has broad application prospects in reducing water percolation and oxygen entry at the base of the cover in acid solid waste dumps, leading to a significant reduction of acid mine drainage.
